Yesterday I was greeted with a brown box from Neowing. I was surprised because there is only on thing that would be shipped and that's my Mano Erina singles, but the release date wasn't until today. After talking with other fans, it turns out that the CD even sells in stores in Japan a day before the release date.

I think the single overall is really nice, nothing incredibly poppy, it has a soft subtle sound. I really like the Piano Ver. of the video; the scenery she plays in is pretty nice for a Hello!Project video.

Mano Erina placed fourth in her first day of sales for Kono Mune no Tokimeki wo. Probably somewhere around 1,000? I'm not so sure. She beat out 9mm Parabellum Bullet which is pretty cool. and is two spots below VAMPS. It looks like JEJUNG & YUCHUN destroyed the competition with 10,000 sales on the first day; what a gap between the first spot and second. I hope she can continue strong into the weekly sales.

Ah! It's been so long since I posted!

I've been working a lot more, so I've been having trouble finding time to translate the Mano Erina blog, If your an avid follower of Mano Erina's blog I apologize. I will be translating posts I deem as Important rather than her everyday posts, because she posts A LOT. I will be updating with just general Mano Erina news, with some Morning Musume here and there in terms of Wota content.

In terms of my life, I recently got back on a medication I was taking about five or six years ago; I can't even remember. The reason I went off it was because it would make me feel sick, but I was taking it irregularly at the time anyway. Its been about a week and everything between the time I was went off the medicine and now is starting to hit me like a ton of bricks.

I've done a lot of stupid things especially in the recent year or two, none of them really dealing with anything illegal or immoral. Just general stupid things that probably would haven't have happened if I stayed on my medicine. Actually the reason I went back on because I was doing more and more stupid things frequently and I felt out of touch in general.

I've finally realized that changes have to be made. Of course the majority of my interests will still remain unchanged. Its more like changes in the way I handle people; that's the key problem. It's a shame I realized everything so late. I've been called a lot of things and had quite a bit of hurt but it doesn't bother me anymore. I know who I am and what I want to be that all the really matters right now.

The main focus on the rehearsal was the piano

I played the piano and sang pretty well.

I even rehearsed while being consulted by teachers.

I'll forget things with the piano if they become too difficult.(pω・。)

I will have to tackle my new game plan in the short time remaining.

So, I'll review and practice today and tomorrow I'll play the songs. I need to sleep over it.

Tomorrow I'll give it my all!

Square Enix held the Final Fantasy XIII Premiere Party on the 8th and some good info came out of it.




So firsts things first. Final Fantasy XIII's Japan release has a confirmed date and price.

12/17/09 Will be the day of the release, it will be sold at 9,240 yen.




The (title) tie up song will be titled "Since you have" and being sung by Gaketa Sugawara. The lyrics are centered around a "Request for a miracle or a lasting dream.




It looks like there were be a newer Final Fantasy drink also buy Suntory brand. This time instead of Potion we now have "Final Fantasy XIII Elixir" (I hope it taste better than the potion!!) Just the same as the past these will come with commemorative character cans that also come with a mini figure. The set release date for these are the 24th of this month.



It looks like attendees also got to see an early peek at the TGS Trailer and got to have some hands on experience with new Gameplay. New Summon x Character battle system was experienced in the hands on demo. Could this be whats to come downloadable for PS3 and XBOX marketplaces?



I'm very excited for this game, I'm probably going to import the Japanese version even though my skill in the language is limited!

So thanks to manoRoom on Youtube, I stumbled upon Mano Erina's 4th C/W titled "Happy Birthday Mom"

Its really a great song, it feels a bit like her C/W from Hajime No Keikan (Nakimushi Yowamushi) I don't know the lyrics just yet, but I'm sure they're sweet.

Today is Labor Day, a holiday I will never understand.

Finally the end of my workweek has come. I was pretty upset coming home from work last night. There was some guy who pulled a one tire fire in front of Yo Sushi. To me it felt like a slap in the face. And on top of that some group of guys that were in the middle of the parking lot tailed me to the highway. When they passed me, I was upset because I was going about 68 already. So I hit about 15.4 psi when I really shouldn't be doing it and went nearly 140MPH when I passed the guys. Its hard for me to have self control when I'm upset, especially in the car I drive.

Other than that today's been pretty good, I spent a lot of time in Gran Turismo taking out my driving frustrations so I don't wind up with another ticket, and a lot of time cleaning.

Right now actually I'm cleaning up my old, slightly used twitter page. I'm planning on using it again now that I have a lot of blog readers and also H!P friends that can receive info on when I translate a blog or when I upload a audio rip through that.

I spend a lot of my time looking for new sounds to listen to. Music is a major part of of my life. Most people seem to be confused that Hello!Project is where all of my devotions lies, and that I don't listen to any American music, or even other Japanese music.

Well, that's quite a misconception. I'll be doing a bi-monthly post sharing the new artist I like and why I like them.


My first artist I want to talk about is a girlish band with some serious attitude. Its Stereopony. It seems they did quite a few Anime OP songs. But I discovered them from a blog that I've already forgotten. My introduction song was "泪のムコウ" (Namida no Moku) it really felt a lot like YUI to me. Now for me YUI is my favorite artist, I can talk about that another time. So to see this band of girls playing with the equivalent soul as YUI I was pretty impressed.

When I look at Aimi their Lead Vocal and Guitar I feel YUI, its really great. They both have such powerful Aura and it resonates within their music. I will definatley be buying their albums in the future and I'll be keeping a sharp eye on them.

Second artist is fresh Korean sound f(x). The hangul is "에프엑스" or Effects. This group is so young! The oldest is 22 and the youngest is 14!! Yet the sound they produce is impressive! f(x)'s premier song "라차타" or LA ChA TA was released Septemeber 1st and they debut on Music Core the 5th (yesterday). So really its a new group to me and everyone. The lead vocalist, Krystal is actually Jessica's (from SNSD) sister. The group is really from a few different countries. Two members who are Korean, two from China, and one from my home state of California. I hope to see what they produce in the future.
